NUTRITION COUNSELLING & ADVICE
The modern lifestyle commonly experienced by many includes longer working hours, convenience foods, and short sleep patterns combined with low levels of activity which may lead to a variety of health issues.
Nutritional therapy looks at the whole person, including diet, health and lifestyle to identify and address nutrient imbalances and underlying causes of health problems.
What is involved?
A confidential consultation where we discuss many aspects of your well-being, including specific health issues, digestion, eating habits, energy levels, exercise and work patterns.
An individual plan, tailored to suit you, is then put together. This may include changes to your existing diet, a nutritional supplement program and lifestyle recommendations.
This will take approximately 1 ½ hours and on occasions tests may be used to help identify a specific problem.
